How To Get Started

1. Book a free 15-minute consultation

This important first step helps us understand your needs, confirm we service your area in Sydney for in-person home training sessions, or connect you with our Telehealth service available Australia-wide. This short introductory consultation is provided via phone-call or online via Telehealth.

2. Complete your Initial 1-hour Planning Session

A dedicated session to understand your vision impairment (if any), your goals, and what you want technology to do for you.

Together we will explore your current challenges, what devices you use, and what you would like to achieve. We will establish technology training goals and an actionable training plan. Certain goals can be achieved in a single training session, while others may take a few sessions.

3. Start your Technology Training

One-to-one technology training sessions are 45-minutes long and our small group training sessions of up to 4 participants are 1.5-hours long. See the Bookings page for more information.

We offer private fee-for-service options and tailored training packages to meet individual needs. Funding may be available through the NDIS for eligible self-managed and plan-managed participants.
